Join the Plan - Health and Welfare Plan

We are always happy to welcome new employers and their employees to either, or both, Plans.

We believe our Plans provide the most comprehensive benefits in the forest industry, for the most reasonable price. A single employer cannot provide comparable benefits for anywhere near our cost, unless they are a very large company. The fact that we have 2,500 members gives us influence that a smaller company does not have.

Who can join?

•  The company must derive at least 60% of its' revenue from the forest industry

•  It must be based in the Southern Interior of BC (see map of coverage area).

•  It must be a non-union employer

•  It is preferable that it is a “Limited” company, otherwise the owners cannot be members of the Plans, just the employees.
